History

Founded in 1958, the firm Head, Johnson & Kachigian is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have undertaken both large and small projects for our clients in terms of filing U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications, litigating matters in the U.S. and overseas, and advising our clients regarding intellectual property rights. Even though Head, Johnson & Kachigian is a small-sized intellectual property law firm, we have the clout and experience of a larger firm, yet are sufficiently nimble to keep our clients satisfied.
